Newcastle Cocktail Kitchen was founded in 2024 by me, Angus Mason, a fresh fruit and aperitivo obsessive from Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
As a response to staff shortages in hospitality, I started prebatching and carbonating cocktails to make service more streamlined and to free me up elsewhere if needed. This naturally led to selling bottled cocktails at Christmas time, and not long after I decided to pursue RTD cocktails full-time.
The range covers low-abv spritzes, seasonal twists on classics, and fat-washed shorter cocktails. All these drinks are concocted in the seaside town of North Shields and are designed for sharing with pals.
