FAQ
-
What is the shelf life of the products?
It varies from drink to drink, but we recommend the lower abv cocktails such as the spritzes are consumed within 6 months, and the stronger ones like the Negroni are grand up to a year.
-
How do I serve the cocktails?
All the hard work has been done and all that is left for you to do is pour them into a glass with ice. For the sparkling options I’d recommend a wine glass or a highball full of ice, and for shorter ones a rocks glass with a large ice cube. The only exception is the Espresso Martini which requires a good, hard shake and a double strain.
-
What is the best way to store the drinks?
Preferably in the fridge but a cool dark place when unopened will be absolutely fine. I like to put my Negronis in the freezer for an hour before I drink it.
-
Once opened, how long will they last?
The carbonated drinks should be drunk on the day that you open it - nobody wants a flat Paloma! The still cocktails will last for months even when opened, just keep them in the fridge when they are.
-
Do you do private events?
Yes! Weddings and parties are a much needed break from putting drinks in bottles. If you’d like these drinks at your event, drop me a line at angus@newcastlecocktailkitchen.com

My order was wrong/damaged, can you fix it?
Absolutely, we use very sturdy glassware and the best couriers around but accidents can happen and when they do, we’re happy to sort out the problem.
