CLEAR DROP RUM · RASPBERRY · ANISE · FRESH MINT · LIME
Raspberry and tarragon is a flavour combo I return to year after year. This time it finds a home in the form of a Mojito. Raspberry & tarragon syrup is cautiously added before being very heavy handed with the lime and fresh mint - as you should be in a Mojito. I’m delighted to use a British rum for this. Drop Works make a delicious white rum called Clear Drop and there’s loads of it in this.
