A classic Negroni with a few twists and turns along the way. Select Aperitivo steps in for Campari which lends a more approachable bitterness, and Cocchi Rosa is used in place of a more traditional red vermouth. Hepple gin is my go-to choice and rightly so. The who cocktail gets washed with a toasted coconut oil. You’ll immediately notice the smooth mouthfeel, then about 10 seconds after your first sip you’ll clock the lingering nutty aftertaste.
