A G&T full of apricot flavours, floral bitterness, and a large measure of gin.
Hepple takes the lead role in this and quite frankly it’s the best man for the job. Osmanthus is a beautiful flower that tastes like stone fruits, I’ve made the tonic out of that, gentian root, and wormwood. Sun-dried apricot liqueur and Sauternes tilt this in a sweeter direction than a traditional gin and tonic, but there’s more than enough acidity and bitterness to counter.
